Our daughter, Zoe, spent many afternoons in the shop after Kindergarten when we opened our shop in 2009, and she still gets off the bus each day and comes to the shop for an hour or so most days.  Her big idea was for Daddy to make her a "Candy Corn Candle," that smelled just like her favorite Fall treat, and had all of the appropriate colors.  We're pretty tickled with the result which we created in 2010.  Three layers, each infused with the sweet fragrance of candy corn, in just the colors you'd expect -- Yellow at the Base, Orange in the Middle and White on top.  These had to be made over four days to let each hand poured layer cure, and we sometimes have trouble keeping them in stock, so don't wait and miss your chance to add a little festivity to your Fall table!

All of our candles are hand poured 100% natural soy wax, a sustainable and green choice that produces 90% less soot than paraffin, burns cooler and lasts longer. Our signature collection is a 15 ounce candle (slightly larger than the common 14.5 ounce apothecary jars common from national manufacturers). Burn time is 80-90 hours. Our glassware is completely reusable, and we offer a credit for each returned jar and lid (call or stop by for details). Our wicks are cotton with no metal cores, and we use a zinc safety tab to ensure the candle extinguishes approximately 1/8" from the glass bottom.
